    1. Dealer Network Development Staff

    Department: Dealer Network Development – Commercial Vehicle
    Organizational Objectives of the position are:

    Support Dealer Network strategy by working actively on the execution goals of signed up dealers (both existing MB and potential third party dual brand dealers).

    Support overall dealer network strategy with e.g. preparation and contribution to dealer concepts

    Setup action plans for dealerships based on the MB requirements and support dealer (also onsite) to execute on these requirements.

    Support in defining a lean set of dealer KPI which also help to improve the profit level of the dealer

    Create top management reports regarding the development of the dealer network

    In particular support in establishing a dual-brand approach for certain dealerships; hereby leverage all knowledge within Daimler-group to get the best possible results.


    Qualification/Requirements :

    Education :


    University Degree in Sales and/or Technical background.

    Experience :


    Experience in the Indonesian automotive industry (preferably CV-sector sales) for about 2 years; Customer Service knowledge.

    Specific Knowledge and Skills :


    Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both oral and written.
    Strong in approaching people of various levels and very strong communication skills. Convincing and firm personality.
