With us your celebration will become a star event. Whether hosting receptions, conferences, company anniversaries or vehicle presentations, at the Mercedes-Benz Museum a variety of exclusive spaces and areas are at your disposal, either during the Museum’s opening hours or in the evenings. You can rely on our service for everything from the technical details to artist selection as our event coordinators don’t leave anything to chance.
The museum’s own professional restaurant team takes care of catering and will surprise your guess with delicious finger food from the buffet or a complete menu. Whatever you may have in mind, we are happy to fulfil your culinary wishes.
Rooms and areas
The Mercedes-Benz Museum incorporates ten rooms with a total area of 4500 square metres reserved for events. From the highest level down to the entrance level, we offer three major event areas.
Level 8
The casino with adjacent lounge offers a special highlight in a refined atmosphere. The magnificent outlook and the view across part of the museum through giant glass panels guarantee a unique experience. The casino, lounge and roof terrace are all available for hire on level 8.
Level 1
On this level, a generous room design offers the ideal setting for holding large-scale events, such as conferences, conventions and special festivities. The small and the large hall with a total floor space of just under 600 square metres can be used individually or in combination during the museum’s opening hours. The atrium provides a unique backdrop measuring 43 metres in height at the heart of the museum. It is available for special events outside the museum’s regular opening hours.
Level 0
Apart from the restaurant, four additional rooms providing between 100 and 150 square metres and open-air space totalling around 1,200 square metres are available here.
While the smaller rooms (Studio, Club 1 and Club 2) are suitable for seminars or workshops, for example, the Arena is a very different platform. Its integrated ramp makes it the ideal location for open-air events such as vehicle presentations and award ceremonies.
